1. 在中国建立并进行实验室测试，在装运到意大利之前对轴承质量进行控制;

2. 指导实验室的日常工作，培训相关的检测人员，完善检测中心管理制度，指导其职责下的操作人员按照SILVIO COLOMBO程序进行实验室测试;

3. 熟悉轴承加工及制造，能熟练应用相应的制图软件进行产品机械制图（Auto CAD，SOLIDWORKS, CATIA等等），能及时处理日常的技术问题；

4. 熟悉并能应用ISO:9001及IATF 16949等质量管理文件。 以及维护及管理公司的 ISO9001质量体系；

5. 提供意大利技术部门新产品开发技术支持；

6. 处理日常的产品质量问题，指出可能的根本原因，并根据PDCA改进产品和/或供应商流程。能熟练应用质量管理工具进行问题的分析与纠正（8D报告、SPC、 MSA等）

7. 管理与工厂的技术和质量联系，确保合格产品满足来自意大利的订单；

8. 按要求能对实际供应商进行审核，确保合同规定的质量水平。同时，能从技术和质量方面评估新的潜在供应商。

• 机械工程相关学科本科以上学历。

• 必须要求：有三年以上轴承行业经验，具有优秀的轴承相关知识优先。

• 英语听书读写流利。

• 有优异的沟通能力，尤其是对客户和供应商在技术质量方面的交流。

• 良好的工作态度，认真刻苦，能够长期工作。

• 可以接受出差。

1. Assist in laboratory set up in China to control bearings quality before shipment to Italy;

2. Guide the daily work of the laboratory, train the relevant testing personnel, improve the management system of the testing center, and guide the operators to carry out laboratory tests according to Silvio Colombo procedure;

3. Familiar with the bearing processing and manufacturing, can skillfully use the corresponding drawing software for product mechanical drawing (Auto CAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, etc.), can deal with daily technical problems Ｏn time;

4. Experience and familiarity with quality control systems such as ISO: 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management documents. As well as maintenance and management of the company's ISO9001 quality system;

5. Provide technical support for new product development according to the instructions of the Headquarters' techincal department;

6. Deal with daily product quality problems, point out ＊＊＊sible root cause, and improve product and / or supplier process according to PDCA. Proficient in using quality management tools to analyze and correct problems (8D report, SPC, MSA, etc.)

7. Manage the technical and quality contact with the factory to ensure the qualified products meet the orders from Italy;

8. Audit the actual suppliers as required, ensure the quality specified in the contract. At the same time, be able to evaluate new potential suppliers in terms of technology and quality.

Job Requirements :

• Engineering or Techincal related field University Degree

• MUST REQUIREMENT : At least 3 years in Bearing Industry and deep knowledge Ｏn bearing product

• Fluent in English language, written and spoken

• Proficient in communication with suppliers and clients Ｏn technical and quality matters

• Good attitude, hard worker, looking for a stable and long-term labor relation

• Available for business trips
