轴承主检
1. 熟悉轴承专业知识，质量检测过程和控制，有较强的学习能力和责任心;
2. 能够执行产品检验规程，组织并实施对厂家交付的产品进行检验和一些需要的试验。并审核和批准检测报告，能够对检测结论的正确性负责;
3.有良好的管理和沟通能力，必要时可根据公司要求培训新检验员;
4. 熟悉检测设备、计量仪器的内外检定控制与管理，包括建立账簿、制定定期检定计划、安排检定等;
5. 能够建立检测过程的检测记录和档案管理，保持产品质量的可追溯性记录;
6. 能够使用相关软件对产品质量检验进行统计分析。
English Language
Bearing Chief Inspector
1. Be familiar with professional knowledge of bearings, quality inspection process and control, and have strong learning ability and responsibility;
2. Be able to implement product testing rules, and organize and carry out inspection and some necessary testing of products delivered by manufacturers. And check and approve the test reports, can responsible for the correctness of test conclusions;
3. Have a good management and communication skills, can train new inspectors according to company requirements if it's necessary;
4. Be familiar with the internal and external verification control and management of testing equipment and metering instruments, including the establishment of books, the formulation of periodic verification plan, and the arrangement of verification etc.;
5. Be able to establish testing records and archives management for the testing process, and maintain traceability records for product quality;
6. Be able to use relevant software to do the statistic and analysis of product quality inspection.
